XRBIA,Confluence of Nature and Humanity
XRBIA came to my knowledge through a mail from my friends,which was boasting of a Home for Everyone and budget homes.1 bhk costing 9 lacs!!! I said is it possible and the mail said yes it is an arcitecture of Hafeez Contractor,world renowned architect,and they are able to fit in that budget.
I was very much excited about the concept and wanted to investigate more on it so that I can propagate to my friends who were willing and looking for some investment options.
On a cloudy saturday afternoon I decided to go in search of Xrbia in Hinjewadi,date was 21 st July when Xrbia was not that popular and it was just evolving.
I reached Hinjewadi Phase 1 through Aundh ,Wakad and Hinjewadi flyover and then took a right turn from Mezza 9.There were many signboards for Life Republic in Marunji but not a single one for Xrbia,it made me wondering whether I am on the right path.Driving around 3 kms from Mezza 9 came Life Republic,Big Boardings,nice calm location and a pleasant view of entire pune.So far so good but where is Xrbia.Again the same thought pounded me,Am I on the right path.I decided to move ahead in search of a place called Xrbia,you can say I was Columbus that day.....!!!
I drove 2 kms from Life Republic and still no trace of Xrbia and any signboard.Exhausted and Disgusted I decided to give up the idea of finding Xrbia.I turned back,then my wife who was with me told that some of her office colleagues visited Xrbia,and we decided to call them,We got a clue that Xrbia is around 1 km from Life Republic and we have to take a left turn.Ohhh here I was again excited that I will find it and finally we found a left turn which probably might be a turn to Xrbia!!!
We drove in around 1 km with countryside on both sides,we were thinking that will Xrbia come up to us as a magician takes out a rabbit from nothing.Then suddenly things started to change,we had a cemented designed road unveling towards a majestic gate,we wondered is it Xrbia,as still there was no board :-)
Finally we reached the gates and I was thinking that the security guard will give me a bad news that it is not Xrbia and I had lost my way.To my surprise I found that it was Xrbia,Wow,I reached there and what a beautiful site it is!!In the lap of mother nature is Xrbia City.Surrounded by hills was the site of Xrbia.Guard told me I can go in and have a look of the site.I signed the register and with great enthusiasm moved in.Ahha,What a drive in the circle of mountains,I never imagined that Xrbia's location would be such a beutiful one.
Hill Slopes cut and roads paved in,I drove calmly with full of excitement as I had to explore this place and give the news to my friends.Driving some 500 meters I saw a road transcending to the top of hill and to my surprise I saw a bunch of people and vehicles parked on the top.Ohh..What that place has to offer,I asked my wife and we both decided to explore it.I was driving my Baby(Honda Unicorn),i say it with love,as we together explored many places on this earth.So now we were ascending to top,my heart pounding with fear,Is this the way to top,what if I was wrong and got into a mess.But suddenly I saw a car coming down,the driver of car smiling,as if he had his time on the top.Then after 5-8 mins we were there on top of hill to witness the sheer beauty of the place.Wow..What a view..Cloudy mountains,Lake on South West side..Cool winds giving a sense of pleasure and greenry all around.I fell in love with the place immediately and I walked all around the hill to see different views.Here are some to share with you:
I spent around half an hour,admiring the beauty of the palce and thinking that what a beautiful place it would be to live in when XRBIA will be ready.With these wonderful thoughts and memories I decided to move down as it became cloudy and rain could have come down anytime.
Xrbia visit was really awesome and the location was fabulous and what I have never thought of!!!
